AMIG hosts panel discussion on female leadership in iGaming during SBC Summit Rio.

The Women in the Gaming Industry Association (AMIG) held a panel discussion on the second day of the SBC Summit Rio. The meeting brought together women in strategic positions in the Brazilian iGaming market to discuss talent development and increasing female representation in decision-making roles.
The participants discussed practical initiatives to strengthen female representation in the online gaming industry . The debate addressed innovation, governance, and sustainability in a market undergoing a phase of expansion. AMIG reinforced its commitment to building a more inclusive and diverse environment in the sector, highlighting that the presence of women in leadership positions contributes to more balanced and innovative decisions.

The founders of AMIG highlighted the raffle of five VIP tickets and twenty additional tickets for the event. The promotion is sponsored by Serasa and PayforFun. The initiative aims to bring new members closer to discussions in the iGaming sector in Brazil.
The speakers reaffirmed that AMIG membership is free of charge. "No monthly or annual fees," they stated. Three meetings scheduled for March.
AMIG has released a schedule with three events for March. On the 10th, the association will hold a workshop via PodAmig. The initiative focuses on female leadership and issues considered urgent for the industry.
On the 17th, a session sponsored by Unico will take place. The meeting will address "Strategic Positioning in Negotiation as a Lever for Professional Advancement". On March 31st, AMIG will promote an event in partnership with Legis to discuss the identification of bettors in the prevention of money laundering. This last meeting gains special relevance in the context of the sector's regulation in Brazil, where compliance with regulations and the prevention of money laundering has become a priority for operators and market professionals.
Podcast available on digital platforms.
PodAmig is available on YouTube and Spotify. The channel has more than eight published episodes. During the panel, the founders displayed a QR code that facilitates access to the programs.

“Each member makes a difference – together, we make the market more equal and stronger,” declared the AMIG representatives. The organization argues that collaboration among professionals promotes structural changes in the sector. Over these two years, AMIG has established itself as a reference in discussions about gender equality in Brazilian iGaming , promoting not only events, but also mentoring, study groups, and professional connections that have resulted in concrete career opportunities for its members.
Invitation for new members
AMIG has renewed its invitation for new professionals to join the organization. The founders promised an agenda full of practical and inspiring content throughout 2026. The focus remains on topics relevant to career development in iGaming.
The association seeks to expand its membership base to include professionals from different areas of the sector, from technology and marketing to compliance and operations, recognizing that the diversity of experiences enriches discussions and strengthens the network of mutual support.
