Caixa authorizes six new lottery outlets with 20-year operating contracts.

The Brazilian Federal Savings Bank (Caixa Econômica Federal) has established six new contracts for the operation of lottery activities in Japeri (RJ), Alvinópolis (MG), Rio Grande (RS), Oeiras do Pará (PA), Palmital (PR), and Aripuanã (AM). The agreements were published in the Official Gazette of the Union, granting permits for the operation of one Lottery House (CL) in the municipalities of Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, and Pará, and two Simplified Lottery Units (USL) in the cities of Minas Gerais and Paraná.

Caixa's National Administrative Contracting Center formalized the adhesion contract with Lotérica Estrela da Sorte Ltda (CNPJ: 61.280.788/0001-21) for the operation of a lottery agency on Estrada Santo Antônio, in Engenheiro Pedreira, Japeri (RJ). The company paid a permit fee of R$ 62.000,00 for the right to operate the agency.

The process that led to this concession is registered under number 5688.01.0128.0/2025, with the contract having a duration of 20 years, starting on December 26, 2025.

For the Alvinópolis unit, Caixa signed a contract with RL Loterias Ltda (CNPJ: 03.564.632/0001-76). The permit authorizes the operation of a Simplified Lottery Unit on Avenida Padre José Marciano. The permit fee for this contract was R$ 561.000,00. This second agreement resulted from process 5688.01.0792.0/2024 and is valid for 20 years, starting on December 29, 2025.

Caixa Econômica Federal has signed a contract with Lotérica Janke Rio Grande Ltda (Lotérica Pinguim da Sorte) for the operation of lottery activities in Rio Grande/RS, as published in the Official Gazette of the Union on January 30, 2026.

The contract, resulting from Electronic Auction 481/5688-2023, is valid for 20 years with a fee of R$ 47.200,00. The lottery outlet will be located at Rua Saturnino de Britto, 390, room 01, Vila São Miguel neighborhood.

The city of Oeiras do Pará (PA) will receive a Simplified Lottery Unit (USL), through an adhesion contract for the operation of lottery activities, granted through a permit regime, in the category of Simplified Lottery Unit, which will be installed at Travessa João XXIII, SN, Marituba, CEP: 68.470-000, Oeiras do Pará/PA. The new lottery permit holder will be JP dos Santos Comércio & Loteria Ltda (Magazine Gerson Santos – CNPJ: 07.989.351/0001-16) with a permit fee of R$ 132,000. The adhesion contract is valid for 20 years from January 30, 2026.

Also published in the Official Gazette of this Wednesday (18) was the Contract of Adhesion for the Simplified Lottery Unit (USL), in Palmital (PR). The adhesion contract for the operation of lottery activity, granted through the permit regime, which is located at Rua Maximiliano Vicentin, 1563, room 01, Centro, Palmital (PR). The lottery permittee will be Luiz José Pagnussat Loterica Ltda. with the trade name Lotérica no Ponto and with a permit fee of R$ 180 thousand. Validity of the adhesion contract 20 years from February 11, 2026.

This Friday (20) the adhesion contract for the operation of lottery activity was published in the DOU, granted through the permit regime, in the category, Lottery House, to be installed at Rua João Oliveira, number 400, Centro neighborhood, Novo Aripuanã (AM) with the company Loteria Luiz Ltda with the trade name Loteria Luiz da Sorte and with a permit fee in the amount of R$ 10.550,00. Validity of the adhesion contract: 20 years from 02/13/2026.
