Daniele Correia Cardoso completed postgraduate studies specializing in State Law at the JusPodivm Institute of Legal Education and Public Examinations. Her academic background focuses on the legal field with an emphasis on public law.

Cardoso worked as the general coordinator of human resources management at the Brazilian Institute of the Environment. The lawyer also worked at the National Consumer Protection Information System, where she developed activities related to the protection of consumer rights.

Fabio Macorin has been an agent of the Federal Police for 19 years. The new deputy secretary has a degree in Law and a specialization in Criminal Sciences. Macorin is a professor at the National Police Academy, teaching courses in Cybercrimes, Open Source Tools, and Electronic Banking Fraud Investigation.

Macorin's first appointment to the Prizes and Betting Secretariat occurred in May 2024. Since then, he has been involved in building the regulation of the fixed-odds betting market in Brazil. His work focuses on preventing money laundering. He also oversees the betting sector.

Macorin has been part of the Cybercrime Repression Service since January 2014. The area is currently called the Cybercrime Combat Directorate.
