Sports Gaming Brazil wins Gold, Silver and Personality of the Year award at ClienteSA 2026

Esportes Gaming Brasil (EGB), the group that owns the brands Esportes da Sorte, Onabet, and Lottu, won two trophies at the 2026 ClienteSA Awards, the main Brazilian recognition dedicated to customer experience management. The company received Gold in the Customer Success category, with the case study "CS through Responsible Gaming and intelligent monitoring," and Silver in the Customer Service Operations category, with the case study "From Startup to Maturity."
In addition to the awards won by the group, Maria Neves, Director of Customer Experience, Customer Support and Reputational Channels, was elected Personality of the Year, an award given to leaders who have been contributing to the evolution of customer experience management in Brazil.
The ceremony was held during the ClienteSA X-Summit 2026, one of the leading Latin American events focused on customer experience, bringing together executives and experts to discuss innovation, relationships, and the transformation of service models.
“This recognition represents the validation of work built by many people and guided by listening, team development, and a commitment to the best customer experience. In a constantly evolving market, putting the consumer at the center of decisions is part of how we operate,” says Maria Neves.
In addition to the awards, representatives from Esportes Gaming Brasil were part of the ClienteSA X-Summit program. Maria Neves moderated the panel "Responsible Gaming as part of the Experience Journey," which included the participation of Carol Luna, Head of Compliance at the company, and Ricardo Magri, co-founder of Empresa Brasileira de Apoio ao Compulsivo (EBAC), a partner institution of the EGB Group.
During the panel, the executives discussed the evolution of the regulated betting market and the role of customer service, compliance, and Responsible Gaming in building a safer customer journey. They highlighted how regulation has broadened the responsibility of operators in protecting consumers, integrating governance, specialized customer service, technology, and support networks.
Among the initiatives presented by Esportes Gaming Brasil are trained teams to identify situations of vulnerability, self-exclusion tools, platform usage limits, and referral flows to specialized partner institutions.
