Fabio Tiberia has been appointed Vice President LATAM of BetConstruct, beginning a new chapter in a career directly linked to the development of the iGaming industry in Latin America for over two decades.

Tiberia has been involved in the sector since its early stages of expansion in the region and was among the pioneers in introducing sportsbook and online casino technologies in Brazil. Its trajectory has mirrored the market's transformation from its beginnings to the current regulated and increasingly sophisticated landscape.

In his new position, his focus will be on strengthening BetConstruct's presence throughout Latin America, based on a clear principle: global technology, local expertise.

A central part of this strategy will be innovation in sportsbooks. BetConstruct continues to invest in tools developed to increase operator engagement, retention, and performance, including solutions such as Lucky Boost, Power Bank, Sport Reel, and Bet Mate, combining artificial intelligence, gamification, and smarter player interaction, with one main objective: to create a stronger product experience and generate sustainable GGR growth.
