Felipe Neto refutes accusations about Blaze and defends the legalization of all games.

In a 38-minute video published on his channel on Wednesday (14), influencer Felipe Neto decided to rebut YouTuber Daniel Penin who accused him of being part of Blaze in a fraud scheme that takes money from people through online betting. The influencer published the video answering four questions about the accusations made. During the video, Felipe Neto also defends the legalization of all forms of gambling.
It all started when Daniel Penin released a video alleging that Felipe Neto and other big names like Neymar were promoting the Blaze betting site. Following the backlash, Felipe Neto began defending himself and the platform, but there were numerous attacks against the influencer, and subsequently, Penin released a second video with even more details about an alleged fraud scheme by Blaze.
Therefore, in his video, among Felipe Neto's answers, the influencer revealed whether Blaze is a scam, who owns Blaze, if he profits from players' losses, and if he recommends the platform as a way to earn extra income. To begin, the YouTuber also said that, like any company, Blaze can face complaints and is not immune to them.
Furthermore, Felipe Neto justified the fact that Blaze's headquarters are in another country, a tax haven, because most of these gaming companies are located there, and he treats this as normal. He also stated that most of the claims from people who felt cheated are wrong, from people who didn't pay attention to the rules, and that there is no artificial intelligence that makes players lose.
Also in the video, the influencer points out that, just like casinos, virtual platforms do aim to make a profit and that, in order to do so, people need to lose, but that many people actually make money and that's how the business works.
Regarding the YouTuber profiting from people's losses, he states that he doesn't. He simply explains that, like any campaign, for any company or product, he has his own revenue. Felipe Neto also stated, without much mystery, that one of the owners of Blaze – one of the biggest questions many people have – is Nick Van Gorsel, who has even given several interviews to media outlets.
Throughout the video, he also takes the opportunity to criticize Daniel Penin, accusing him of manipulation and other instances where, for example, the YouTuber teaches people how to get rich. ( Watch the full video )
Record airs a report denouncing a betting site, but is slammed by Felipe Neto.
Record TV aired a report bringing to the public some allegations against Blaze, a betting website. Felipe Neto was furious and used his Twitter profile to blast the Edir Macedo-owned network.
The influencer accused Record of hypocrisy in this report, alleging that the reality show A Fazenda was sponsored by Betano, which is also a betting site. The Domingo Espetacular program this past weekend aired a report titled 'Digital influencers are accused of profiting from every lost game on a betting platform', which caused all this controversy.
Three people were interviewed and said they felt cheated because they had invested money in Blaze but were unable to recoup their investment.
Record left Felipe Neto furious.
The report stated that this betting site has over 10 games of chance and operates like a digital casino.
Blaze has 25 million users in Brazil alone, yet it still doesn't have a headquarters in the country. Record also claimed that the company is successful because it has influencers with millions of followers promoting the site.
Record did not respond to the influencer's accusations.
Felipe Neto is one of the influencers who promotes Blaze, and on social media he posted: “Record [TV network] aired a story attacking Blaze and the influencers who promote it. How awful, Record. The network is lining its pockets with money from casino and betting sites.”
The YouTuber also posted some screenshots showing that the Reclame Aqui website has complaints about Betano, which sponsored A Fazenda. "So, Record?", Felipe Neto asked, but the broadcaster did not respond.
