FIFA and Stats Perform reach agreement for distribution of betting data and World Cup broadcasts.
The multi-year partnership includes the 2026 Men's World Cup and the 2027 Women's World Cup in Brazil, as well as futsal competitions and youth tournaments. The company will provide real-time statistics to operators.

Stats Perform has become the official global distributor of betting data and broadcast rights for the betting market, following a multi-year agreement signed with FIFA. The partnership was announced this Monday (12) by the world's highest football authority. The contract covers competitions such as the 2026 Men's World Cup and the 2027 Women's World Cup, which will be held in Brazil.

With the agreement, Stats Perform, a company specializing in the production of sports data, will hold exclusive rights to distribute official betting data for this year's World Cup. The company also acquired the live streaming rights for licensed betting sites for the tournament's matches.

The partnership also includes the Futsal World Cup in 2028 and the women's version of this tournament in 2029. The Men's and Women's Under-20 World Cups between 2026 and 2029, as well as the Intercontinental Cup during the same period, are also part of the contract. Furthermore, the agreement benefits thousands of matches per season of competitions organized by federations, specifically those shown on the FIFA+ platform.

The operation will involve dedicated teams from Stats Perform. One group will be responsible for collecting and delivering real-time data to betting operators, who will use this information in pricing, trading, and settlement processes. Another team will provide official statistics, player data, live scores, and match tracking.

FIFA has not disclosed the financial details of the transaction or the exact duration of the multi-year contract. Details regarding how the data will be processed or which betting companies will have priority access to the information and broadcasts have also not been revealed.

FIFA's commercial director, Romy Gai, stated: "This innovative partnership will create great opportunities to deliver official products for the benefit of the game and its fans."

Stats Perform CEO Carl Mergele also commented on the agreement: “FIFA competitions represent the pinnacle of the world’s greatest game. Our clients will be pleased that we can add these competitions to our official betting data portfolio and our live streaming service.”
