Flutter Brazil strengthens its teams with new leadership in the areas of Strategy and Artificial Intelligence.

Flutter Brazil, the company that brings together the operation of platforms such as Betnacional and Betfair, and represents the Brazilian arm of the global giant Flutter Entertainment, announces two strategic changes in its leadership team. These changes aim to support the company's growth and accelerate technological innovation.

As part of the evolution in the company's Strategy area, Gabriel Mota was promoted to Head of Strategy , reporting directly to the CEO of Flutter Brazil, Eduardo Monte. Having been with the company since February 2025, where he joined as a Market Intelligence Specialist , Gabriel played a fundamental role in the company's analytical evolution, helping to transform data into decisions, supporting the construction of the long-term plan and strategy, and consolidating the relationship with Flutter International.

“As the business grows, we increasingly need to focus on our strategic priorities and how we translate strategy into action. This role is about working closely with the CEO and leadership to ensure alignment, performance, and execution of our key initiatives,” Gabriel emphasizes.

To drive continuous technological innovation, Renan Oliveira joins the Flutter Brazil team as the new VP of AI . With over 15 years of solid experience in data and Artificial Intelligence at companies such as PicPay – where he was Chief AI Officer – iFood, and Globo, Renan's mission will be to accelerate value creation for clients and businesses through innovative solutions, virtual assistants, and large-scale personalization. He is also the co-founder of Data Bootcamp , which has already trained thousands of data professionals in Brazil.
