Decree No. 482, of November 3, 2004 — Classification of Brazilian Racecourses by the Ministry of Agriculture.

Decree No. 482, of November 3, 2004
The Secretary of Rural Support and Cooperativism of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply, in the exercise of the powers conferred by article 11, item III, subparagraph "b", of the Organizational Structure of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply, approved by decree no. 4.629, of March 21, 2003, and considering the contents of the Processes, resolves:

Article 1 – To publish the list of Turf Entities holding a Patent Letter, by classification category, approved under the terms of Normative Instruction No. 13, of December 27, 2002, in:

Failure to comply may result in the alteration of the category of Turf Entities or the revocation of the Patent Letter.
