LEMG postpones deadline to May 18 for responding to competition-related contributions.

The Minas Gerais State Lottery (LEMG) has extended the period for consolidating and analyzing the contributions received during the Public Hearing/Consultation for International Public Tender Notice LEMG No. 001/2026. The institution's Director-General, Onésimo Diniz Moreira, formalized the announcement on April 29, 2026. The publication occurred in the Official Gazette the following day.
The complexity of the submitted submissions motivated the decision. The contributions involve technical, legal, and economic-financial aspects. The state lottery administration needs to conduct an in-depth analysis of these documents.
This is the second extension of deadlines within the scope of Public Consultation/Hearing No. 001/2026. Previously, on April 11, 2026, LEMG had already extended the deadline for submitting contributions and comments until April 22, which should be sent in Portuguese via the email address [email protected] At that time, interested parties were also instructed to send the arguments supporting their comments as a digital file, necessarily via non-editable sharing in the "cloud" (such as Google Drive , OneDrive , or Dropbox ), with a registration email containing the link to access the file.
Detailed evaluation may result in adjustments to the bidding process materials. The new deadline for completing the analysis and publishing the responses is May 18, 2026, at 23:59 PM, Brasília time.
LEMG will consolidate all submissions received up to that date. The institution will evaluate the content and publish the official responses to the points raised during the public consultation via the website www.loteriamineira.mg.gov.br , without prejudice to possible direct delivery to interested parties.
The remaining conditions of the original tender remain unchanged. The extension only affects the schedule for analyzing and responding to contributions. All other aspects of the international bidding process conducted by the Minas Gerais lottery remain unchanged.
