Municipalities in the states of Rio Grande do Norte, Bahia, Minas Gerais, and Maranhão published notices of bidding and accreditation for municipal lottery services in the Official Gazette of the Union on September 26, 2025. The processes follow Law No. 14.133/21, which establishes rules for public procurement in Brazil.
In Coronel Ezequiel (RN) , the Contracting Agent released Accreditation Notice No. 5/2025 for intermediary companies in payment processing and solutions. The objective is to allow lottery concessionaires already accredited by the municipality to use these technologies. The notice is available on the Public Procurement Portal, the National Public Procurement Portal, and the municipality's official website ( www.coronelezequiel.rn.gov.br ), and can also be consulted in person at Rua João Antunes Sobrinho, 165, downtown.
The Municipality of Muquém do São Francisco (BA) has published Electronic Tender Notice No. 1/2025 for the concession of the management, implementation and operation of lottery services on physical and digital platforms. The process covers all types of lotteries and betting games authorized by federal law. The opening is scheduled for October 10, 2025, at 8:30 am.
In Itueta (MG) , the municipal administration has opened bidding process no. 74/2025, in the "Electronic Accreditation" modality no. 7/2025, for legal entities interested in operating lottery modalities in physical and/or virtual formats. The accreditation period runs from August 25 to December 31, 2025. The notice can be consulted on the websites bll.org.br and on the city hall's bidding portal.
The Municipality of Tutóia (MA) , through the Municipal Secretariat of Administration, Management and Planning, has announced Public Tender No. 7/2025 for the concession of lottery services. The selection criterion will be the highest percentage value of the variable grant. The public session will take place on September 30, 2025, at 9:00 AM, exclusively through the electronic address www.portaldecompraspublicas.com.br.
All municipal processes follow, in addition to Law No. 14.133/21, Complementary Law No. 123/2006, which establishes differentiated treatment for micro-enterprises and small businesses, and specific municipal decrees for each locality.
