Lottery outlets in São Paulo can sell bus tickets.

Consolidated after a year of operations in the State of Rio de Janeiro, the Roda Mais Passagens Program will be expanded to the city of São Paulo starting on May 26th, Lottery Agent Day.

Buspay's innovative program, a fintech specializing in mobility solutions and payment methods, brings the sale of bus tickets directly to lottery outlets, making the service more accessible to the population and opening a new source of revenue for lottery retailers.

Lottery retailers in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo who are not yet part of Roda Mais can register for free and take advantage of the opportunity to join a sales channel with great potential for expansion.

The operation is simple, secure, and works through equipment provided free of charge for ticket sales and integrated into the lottery system.

Project

The project was officially launched in June 2024 in Rocinha, Rio de Janeiro, one of the largest communities in Brazil, where departures and arrivals for road trips are also offered directly from the location — an innovation that further democratizes access to quality transportation.

Currently, the service operates in partnership with Nova Itapemirim, offering tickets to various destinations from Rio de Janeiro. Soon, the program will feature a complete inventory of trips throughout Brazil, covering 100% of the national territory.

According to Marco Spinardi, director of Buspay, the service allows the buyer to leave the lottery with the ticket in hand, and also allows the purchase for more than one person.

"It's an expanding project that brings a lot of convenience to the user, who doesn't need to travel to a highway, for example, to make a purchase," he says.
