Lototins opens new store and consolidates expansion in Palmas.
Lototins, the official lottery of the State of Tocantins, ( www.lototins.com.br ) opened a new physical store this Monday (23) in the Taquaralto region on Avenida Tocantins, in the south of Palmas. The unit becomes the third store in the capital, reinforcing the expansion movement sustained by the growth of the operation and the gradual expansion of its presence in different regions of the State.
Created to operate exclusively in the state of Tocantins, Lototins was officially launched by the Government of Tocantins in February 2025, within the state lottery public service concession model.

With the opening in Taquaralto, Lototins intensifies its presence in Palmas and maintains its strategy of expanding beyond the capital, with operations already announced in cities such as Araguaína, Colinas, Guaraí and other locations in Tocantins, in addition to expansion to the south of the state announced at the Gurupi Carnival 2026, marking its grand arrival in the city.
The Taquaralto region in Palmas, known for its high daily traffic and commercial profile, now has a dedicated point for in-person service at the state lottery, bringing the gaming experience closer to the local public.
Services and available options
In the store, customers can play using instant lottery terminals (Video Lottery Terminals – VLTs), with fast-paced operation and direct access to the physical location. Numerical lottery games are drawn and broadcast live, with payment accepted via Pix (Brazil's instant payment system) or cash. The store also offers bill payment services, including the purchase of mobile phone top-ups.
Participation in the games is exclusively for those over 18 years of age, in accordance with current legislation.
Social return as stipulated by law
The operation of the state lottery foresees the allocation of part of the revenue to strategic public areas. Law No. 4.136/2023 establishes percentages of the revenue, including 10% for sports, 10% for actions aimed at combating and treating cancer, 5% for information technology applied to revenue collection, and 5% for actions and services of APAEs (Association of Parents and Friends of Exceptional Children), among other allocations foreseen in regulations. The opening of physical stores increases income flow in the state of Tocantins, in addition to generating jobs, aiming for more than 1500 direct and indirect jobs.
