NGX participates in CGS Recife 2026 with a debate on virtual sports and opportunities for iGaming operations.

NGX was present at CGS Recife 2026 , held on August 24th and 25th at RioMar Recife. The event brought together professionals, operators, suppliers, and companies from the sector to discuss the main challenges and opportunities of the iGaming market in Brazil.
Representing NGX, Business Development Manager Heitor Leal participated in the panel “Monetization 24/7: the role of virtual sports in the growth of operations,” alongside other market representatives. The discussion addressed how virtual games can complement the offerings of platforms and create new engagement opportunities for bettors.
According to Heitor, virtual sports can be an alternative to keep the user active even when there are no sporting events taking place.
“When major championships go on hiatus or end their seasons, the supply of sporting events naturally decreases. In this scenario, virtual games act as an important complement for the operator, keeping betting options available to the player and helping to sustain engagement and revenue generation even during periods of lower sporting offerings.”
During the panel, Heitor also highlighted the importance of personalizing the user experience . On the NGX platform, operators can define different ways to present virtual games, according to their strategy.
“The operator can place virtual games within the sportsbook page, within the casino, or even create a specific page for them. This flexibility allows the operator to create different strategies to guide the user from one game type to another, according to their business strategy.”
In addition to the debate on virtual sports, CGS Recife 2026 also brought discussions on topics that remain central to the Brazilian market, such as regulation, taxation, legal security, and the growth of the illegal market.

For NGX, participation in the event was also an opportunity to strengthen relationships with different players in the sector. Over the two days, Heitor Leal was in contact with operators, suppliers, certification laboratories and other market professionals, including representatives from the Esportes Gaming Brazil group, Loteria Mineira, BMM Testlabs, Sportradar, EGT, Kiron, First, Optimove, Xtremepush, Oddin, Booming Games and other partners and companies present at the event.
“Participation in events like CGS is important not only for the debates, but also for the connections that happen in these spaces. It's an opportunity to reconnect with partners, meet new professionals, and closely follow the discussions that are driving the market,” Heitor points out.
The presence at CGS Recife reinforces NGX's positioning as a company that closely follows the evolution of the Brazilian market and seeks to offer operators technology, flexibility, and resources that contribute to the development of their operations.
