The collaboration, which began in 2024, represents the continuation of an initiative aligned with building a more responsible, safe, and conscious betting market. For NGX, contributing to institutions that work directly in the prevention, guidance, and assistance of bettors is part of a long-term vision for the development of the Brazilian market.

The Gambler Support Institute (IAA) works to prevent and treat gambling addiction, offering free support to gamblers and their families. The institution operates with a professional and welcoming approach, based on values ​​such as privacy, empathy, and respect.
