The Gaming Law Commission of the OAB-DF is holding a webinar on advertising in the sports betting market this Tuesday (21). The virtual event “Is This Allowed in Advertising?” will take place at 19:30 pm and will bring together experts to discuss advertising guidelines in the gaming and betting sector in Brazil.

The debate will feature the participation of Juliana Albuquerque, Vice-President of CONAR, Andrea Di Nizo, Marketing Manager of Stake, Natalia Nogues, CEO of ControlF5, and Leonardo Benites, CEO of Propane. Bárbara Teles, Vice-President of the Gaming Law Commission of the OAB/DF (Brazilian Bar Association, Federal District chapter), will moderate the meeting.

Experts will address topics such as specific guidelines for advertising in the sector, regulatory aspects, child protection mechanisms, and the implementation of best practices. The webinar will also discuss cultural influence and the "tropicalization" of the market, as well as the role of affiliates in the betting ecosystem.
