SBC Summit Americas 2026 brings together the betting industry in Fort Lauderdale from June 9-11.
The SBC Summit Americas 2026 will take place from June 9th to 11th at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale. The event will bring together delegates and professionals from the betting industry for networking , business opportunities, and presentations. The program will include discussions on regulation, technology, and player protection.
Fabio Augusto Macorin, Deputy Secretary of the Prizes and Betting Secretariat of the Ministry of Finance, will participate as a speaker on the panel “Evolving Gaming Structures in Latin America”. The conference will address topics related to the region's betting markets. Macorin's absence from the country was authorized by means of an order published in the Official Gazette of the Union on May 14, 2026, Edition 89, Section 2, page 58, by the Secretary of Prizes and Betting, Daniele Correa Cardoso. The authorization covers the period from June 9 to 12, 2026, including travel time, with expenses covered.
The event will feature six stages operating simultaneously. Approximately 250 expert speakers will present content during the three days of programming. The exhibition area will bring together brands and sponsors showcasing technologies for the sector.
The program content will be organized into pillars covering Leadership, Regulation and Compliance , Affiliates, Payments, Technology, and Player Protection. Each stage will dedicate specific days to separate discussions about the North American and Latin American markets.
Among the scheduled topics are strategic discussions on optimizing the Pix system in Brazil, cryptocurrency wallets, Open Banking , and the growth of the sweepstakes market . The sessions will address technical and regulatory aspects of these payment systems.
The 2026 edition will include interactive masterclasses as a new feature. Five practical sessions will take place on June 10th and 11th. Topics covered will include raising investment for startups and responsible influencer marketing in the betting sector.
The hands-on sessions will complement the program of lectures and panels. The interactive format will allow participants to access applied content on specific topics within the iGaming industry.
The event will provide the SBC Connect app for scheduling individual meetings between participants. The platform will allow for structured meetings, including speed meetings with selected buyers. The format aims to facilitate connections between industry professionals.
Networking will occupy a central position in the event's structure. Organizers have structured spaces and tools to facilitate contact between operators, affiliates, suppliers, regulators , and industry media present at the event. It is worth highlighting that the participation of representatives from the Brazilian government, such as Macorin, reinforces the importance of the event for discussions on the regulatory evolution of the betting sector in Latin America, especially considering the recent Brazilian legal framework established by Law No. 14.600/2023.
