EGT's video lottery system wins BiS Awards 2026 for Best VLT.

EGT received the Best VLT (video lottery) Solution award at the BiS Awards 2026. The recognition was granted for the performance of the video lottery system developed by the company for the Brazilian market. The official awards ceremony was held on April 7th in São Paulo, as part of the SiGMA South America event. The solution currently operates in the state of Paraíba.

The award-winning system encompasses a complete ecosystem of Video Lottery Terminals. The platform integrates equipment, technology, and a diverse portfolio of games. The solution was developed in accordance with international standards and adapted to the Brazilian regulatory framework.

The implementation of the VLT (Video Lottery) terminals in Paraíba is showing stable operations and consistent results. The terminals underwent their first large-scale installation earlier this year in the state, generating strong interest from players and demonstrating impressive results since then. The solution has also been approved in a Proof of Concept process by the Rio de Janeiro State Lottery – LOTERJ, where it will soon be available to the state's gaming public.

“Receiving this recognition is an important milestone for us in Brazil,” said Celina Guedes, Regional Director of EGT Brazil. “It reflects the strength of our collaboration with EGT Digital and our combined ability to provide solutions that meet the specific needs of regulated markets, while maintaining consistent performance.”

Celina Guedes, EGT's regional director in Brazil, commented: “It is an honor for us to be recognized by the BiS award, which is a benchmark for outstanding achievements in the sector. Our complete omnichannel Video Lottery Terminal – VLT solution is designed to operate in different industry segments and is poised to unleash its full potential in the near future. The award proves that we are capable of meeting the growing demands placed on providers and even setting new, higher standards in the extremely competitive gaming ecosystem of Brazil and Latin America as a whole.”

The omnichannel solution developed by the companies integrates physical terminals, platform technology, and content into a unified ecosystem. EGT Digital plans to expand its operations in Latin America. The company intends to continue offering customized solutions tailored to the dynamics of local markets and the regulatory frameworks of the region.

The award strengthens EGT's position in Latin America and highlights excellence in the rapidly growing gaming and betting industry in the country.
