SOFTSWISS held two Formula 4 Racing Experience events at Tor Poznań: one for employees and another for company partners, as part of the company's 17th anniversary celebrations. At both events, participants drove an F4 racing car under professional supervision.

The program began with technical instruction for the drivers and familiarization with the track, followed by guidance from racing instructors who accompanied the drivers in various sessions on the circuit. Motorsport demands the same qualities that SOFTSWISS applies to its own work: precision, quick decision-making under pressure, and constant performance improvement, which made the experience a fitting way to mark a business milestone. In addition to the driving sessions, the teams participated in additional challenges, including a blind driving test, a precision driving exercise, and a reaction test, adding a team element to the individual focus of the track sessions.

Victor Sekushenko, Head of Sales at SOFTSWISS Sportsbook, comments: “Partnerships in this industry are built on trust, and trust grows faster outside the boardroom. Putting our partners behind the wheel of a Formula 4 car gave them something no pitch deck or conference call could offer: a shared adrenaline rush and a story to tell.”

Natalia Perkowska, Head of Events and Business Travel at SOFTSWISS, adds: “Culture is shaped by the moments teams share, not just by policies. Seeing colleagues cheering each other on in the pit lane said more about how we work together than any internal survey could.”

This same principle — that significant progress happens through shared experiences — also shapes how SOFTSWISS engages with the broader industry. On September 10, 2026, the company will host the Tech Race Summit in Warsaw, bringing together technology leaders, operators, and engineers to exchange ideas on infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI adoption.

Confirmed speakers for the summit include Andrey Doronichev , former Google executive and founder of the AI company Optic, as well as engineering leaders from AWS, Oracle, Cloudflare, Fastly, and Plata. Tickets are available at the current price until August 15th on the Tech Race Summit website.
