Sorte Online expands digital resources and registers a 63,1% increase in its user base.

Sorte Online has expanded the technological structure of its platform with features focused on autonomy, security, and simplifying the digital journey. Among the new features are: the Wallet, which centralizes partial redemptions, statement inquiries, credit and bonus purchases; access via Google One Tap; CPF validation during transactions; cashback with partial usage; and a showcase of lottery pools on the homepage.
The updates are part of the company's strategy to keep up with evolving user behavior and transform browsing and consumption data into product improvements. Since January, the platform has also offered advance betting options for the four main special lottery draws on the calendar, which expands the trading window and reduces the concentration of demand in the weeks leading up to the draws.
The most recent indicators reinforce this trend. Between January 1st and August 19th, 2026, Sorte Online reached 643.642 users across all its channels, a 63,1% increase compared to the same period in 2025. Sales advanced 15,8%.
On the brand's website, the average order value reached R$ 221, a 26,3% increase compared to the R$ 175 recorded the previous year. The average number of orders per user rose from 7,9 to 8,6, an increase of 8,9%. Taken together, the data indicate an expansion of the customer base, greater recurrence, and an increase in the average transaction value.
“The evolution of Sorte Online stems from constantly monitoring the market and changes in user behavior. Our role is to translate these transformations into technology, security, and simpler experiences. The new features and indicators from this period show a platform prepared to grow consistently, increase repeat business, and anticipate trends in digital lottery consumption,” highlights Thiago Balieiro, CEO of Sorte Online.
The Lotofácil da Independência, estimated at R$ 300 million and with a draw scheduled for September 15th, is part of this context of major contests that mobilize the sector. For Sorte Online, these dates serve as periods of greater interest, but the product strategy seeks to sustain relationships, convenience, and frequency throughout the entire calendar.
