The Ministries of Justice and Finance have signed an agreement to combat money laundering in betting.
Technical cooperation integrates the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting into the Rede-Lab Program and foresees the sharing of methodologies and technologies between the institutions for 60 months. The agreement, published in the Official Gazette, establishes a partnership between the Ministry of Justice and Public Security (MJSP) and the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting (SPA) for market monitoring and includes training for officials working in oversight.
