Campinas challenges in the Supreme Court the decision that suspended municipal lotteries with a fine of R$ 500.

The municipality alleges that Nunes Marques' precautionary measure violates the principle of proportionality and harms hundreds of municipalities that have already structured bidding processes and included revenues in their budgets. The petition presents four alternatives; check them out.
