Casino regulation

Andradina approves casino law contingent on federal legislation currently being processed in Congress.

A municipal law authorizes the concession of gambling in a tourism-oriented format, but it will only come into effect if Bill 2.234/2022 is approved. The text foresees the installation of casinos integrated into resorts. The concession will be granted through a competitive bidding process, as per Federal Law; see the law.
