The Cromwell

Fertitta Entertainment will acquire the American casino giant from Caesars Entertainment for US$17,6 billion.

With the acquisition of Caesars, the group will incorporate, among other assets, Caesars' eight casinos in Las Vegas: Caesars Palace, Harrah's, Paris Las Vegas, Planet Hollywood, Horseshoe, The LINQ Hotel, Flamingo, and The Cromwell.
