The new regulation requires consultation of the SIGAP system during registration and login for bettors. Companies must verify CPF numbers (Brazilian individual taxpayer registration numbers) every 15 days and return funds from blocked accounts. The new regulation mandates the immediate blocking of accounts and the return of funds within two days of closure.
