Tech Race Summit brings together 1.500 iGaming and Big Tech professionals.
The Tech Race Summit 2026 brought together iGaming and global technology companies to address the scalability, security, and AI challenges shared by high-load sectors. The sold-out inaugural event, organized by SOFTSWISS, brought approximately 1.500 technology and iGaming professionals to Warsaw on September 10th.
The summit brought together representatives from over 25 iGaming companies and more than 40 speakers across three stages: Vision, Solution, and Experiment. Seventeen partners also participated, creating a meeting point for operators, technology providers, and experts working with AI, infrastructure, cybersecurity, product development, and high-load systems.
Technology lessons from Tesla, Shazam, and iGaming
The program connected strategic technology issues to cases already tested in global technology companies and iGaming businesses.
Javier Verdura, Tesla's Global Director of Product Design, shared his experience in building teams with a greater sense of ownership and responsibility in “Building High-Performance Teams: Lessons from Tesla.” Dhiraj Mukherjee, co-founder of Shazam, analyzed leadership in major technological shifts in “From Shazam to Generative AI: Why the Biggest Technology Shifts Always Look Impossible.”
Igor Borzunov, CTO of Maincard, presented “From 3 AM Pages to 30 Seconds: Building an Autonomous AI Ops Agent.” He showed how his team used an autonomous AI operations agent to reduce incident response time to 30 seconds.
Alexander Krivetsky, CTO of BGaming, presented “AI-powered Fraud Detection System: From Idea to Production in Just 3 Months”. The three-month development process encompassed data preparation, model training, integration, and the work necessary to transform an initial idea into a production-ready system.
Experts from AWS, Oracle, Cloudflare, Google, Gcore, Fastly, ScyllaDB, Coralogix , and other technology companies brought experiences from outside iGaming. Their sessions covered AI in production, infrastructure, security, observability, performance marketing, and real-time systems.
The exchange continued offstage. Operators, technology leaders, engineers, and partners used the summit to compare approaches, discuss shared technological challenges, and build connections between companies and sectors.
SOFTSWISS presented its approach to AI-assisted development.
SOFTSWISS used the Tech Race Summit 2026 to offer participants a closer look at how the company applies AI to its own software development processes.
In “From Idea to Verified Change: Rethinking the SDLC with AI,” Illia Slepau, Software Architect at SOFTSWISS, showed how the company developed an internal Orchestrator to coordinate AI agents throughout the development process, while maintaining validation and approval with human teams. For technology teams, this means spending less time coordinating AI-generated work while maintaining control over code quality; for the business, it can shorten the path from an idea to a verified software change.
Sergey Kastukevich, CTO of SOFTSWISS, comments: “We are grateful to all the partners, speakers, and participants who helped make the Tech Race Summit a reality. It was especially rewarding to see how many conversations continued between sessions—people meeting, exchanging experiences, discussing ideas, and finding common ground. This is exactly what we wanted Tech Race to create. I hope these connections will continue to be valuable long after the event itself, and I look forward to welcoming everyone back to Warsaw next year.”
The Tech Race Summit will return to Warsaw in 2027.
The Tech Race Summit was created to give technology a more prominent place on the iGaming event calendar, which is often focused on commercial growth and regulation. Its first edition connected iGaming expertise with the expertise of companies working with AI, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, high-load systems, and global digital products.
Following the sold-out 2026 edition, the Tech Race Summit will return to Warsaw in 2027.
