(g) The presentation time for each piece of information must be sufficient for the bettor to read, even when several instruction and information items are displayed alternately on the bettor's interface.

Simultaneous Entries

3. The simultaneous or sequential activation of multiple interface devices for player interaction must not cause game malfunction or lead to results that are contrary to what was designed by the game architecture.

ONLINE GAME SESSION REQUIREMENTS

4. An online gaming session is defined as the period between the start of the online game that is the subject of a bet and its end, characterized by the bettor leaving the online game or by their inactivity in that game for thirty minutes.

Choosing an online game

5. The following requirements apply to selecting a specific game in the bettor's interface:

a) The online gaming platform must clearly inform the bettor of all games that are available for betting, clearly identifying the respective returns to bettor (RTP) and the payout table;

b) the bettor must be informed about the theme of the game that has been selected and that will be the subject of the bet;

Online Game Requirements

6. The following requirements apply to a game, within a game session:

a) A game cycle consists of all the bettor's actions and game activities that occur from one bet to the next. A game cycle should begin after the bettor:

i. to place a bet or commit to betting; or

ii. Press a "bet" button or perform a similar action to initiate a bet, in accordance with the rules of the game;

This transfer can be automatic, when the bettor's graphic account balance is automatically transferred to the credit counter, or by the bettor's decision, when the gaming platform presents transfer options to the bettor that require decisions before they are finalized.

9. Once the bet on the game is finished, the bettor should have the option to transfer part or all of the value back to their betting account balance.

10. Exiting a gaming session will cause all funds to be automatically transferred to the bettor's graphic account balance. Additionally, the credit counter must comply with the following requirements when in use:

a) The credit counter must be visible to the bettor at any time a bet can be placed, a transfer to or from the bettor's graphic account is permitted, or the counter is being increased or decreased;

(b) If each instance of an RNG is identical, but involves a different implementation within a game, each implementation must be evaluated separately.

Online Game Selection Process

23. The determination of chance events that result in a prize must be influenced, affected, or controlled only by the values selected by an approved RNG, in accordance with the following requirements:

a) When making calls to the RNG, the game must not limit the available results for selection, unless previously specified in the approved game architecture;

b) the game must not modify or discard the results selected by the RNG to accommodate specific behavior that is not in accordance with the game rules;

c) the game must not replace the losing result with one different from that selected by the RNG;

(d) Chance events must be independent and must not correlate with any other events within the same game or events from previous games, noting that:

i. a game should not adjust the probability of occurrence of an incentive prize or feature based on the history of prizes obtained in previous games; and

ii. A game should not adjust its theoretical return to player (RTP) based on previous payouts;

(e) Any associated equipment used in conjunction with the game platform must not influence or modify the game's RNG behavior and random selection process, unless the approved game architecture provides otherwise; and

f) Chance events should not be affected by any characteristic of the communication channel between the online gaming platform and the remote gaming device, and the bettor should be informed of the possibility of events that may negatively influence the game.

FROM THE RELIABLE ONLINE GAME

24. The following requirements must be applied to ensure the reliability of the game:

a) In the case of games whose outcome is random and in which the illusion of skill serves only to enhance entertainment, the information that the games are designed to give the bettor only the perception that he has control over the outcome of the game due to his skill or dexterity must be displayed on the help screens;

b) the games must not contain any hidden source code that could be exploited by the gambler to circumvent the game rules and/or the behaviors defined in the approved game architecture; and

(c) The result of each game must be displayed for a sufficient period to allow the bettor to calmly check the outcome of the game, with the bettor being allowed to ignore, by explicit choice, the display of a particular result.

Simulation of Physical Objects

25. When a game incorporates a graphical representation or simulation of a physical object used to determine the outcome of a game, the behaviors depicted by the simulation must be consistent with and in accordance with the real-world object, unless otherwise indicated in the game's artwork. This requirement does not apply to graphical representations or simulations used solely for entertainment purposes. The following requirements must be applied when dealing with a simulation:

a) The probability of any event occurring during the simulation that affects the outcome of the game should be analogous to the properties of the physical object, unless otherwise stated to the bettor;

b) when the game simulates multiple physical objects that would normally be independent based on the game's rules, each simulation must be independent of any other simulations; and

c) When the game simulates physical objects that have no memory of previous events, the behavior of the simulated objects must be independent of their previous behavior, so as to be non-adaptive and unpredictable.

Simulated Physical Mechanism

26. Games may utilize a simulated physics engine, understood as specialized software that simulates or approximates a physical environment, including behaviors such as movement, gravity, speed, acceleration, inertia, and trajectory. The simulated physics engine must be designed to maintain consistent game behaviors and environment, unless otherwise indicated to the bettor by the graphic art, and utilize the random properties of an RNG to impact the outcome of the game.

Probability of a Random Event

27. The mathematical probability of any random event occurring in a game must be constant, unless otherwise indicated beforehand in the artwork.

Regarding payout percentages, probabilities, and bonuses.

Requirements for the Percentage Payment Software

28. Each game should theoretically pay the bettor a minimum RTP of eighty-five percent (85%) during its expected lifespan. Accumulated, progressive, and incremental prizes, and incentive prizes should not be included in the payout percentage if they are external to the game, unless they are necessary for its operation. The following requirements must be observed:

a) the minimum percentage requirement must be met by all betting configurations in games; and

(b) When the game uses progressive or incremental jackpots to calculate the return to player (RTP), the minimum percentage requirement must be met using the lowest parameters available for the jackpot during the game's lifespan, such as the initial value or the minimum jackpot value.

Return to Bettor (RTP) Presentation

29. The graphic design must contain the RTP information for each game offered on the online gaming platform without requiring the bettor to start an online gaming session, provided the following requirements are met:

a) The graphic design must clearly explain how the presented RTP was determined and how the bettor can achieve this return, indicating, for example, the wagering requirements;

b) The variable contribution of prizes to the RTP must be clearly disclosed for games that offer progressive or incremental jackpots, limited-time prizes, or incentive prizes;

(c) For games that offer incentive prizes requiring the wagering of extra credits, the displayed RTP should consider that an additional bet has been placed, unless otherwise announced to the bettor; and

(d) If the RTP displayed in the graphic represents the actual RTP, the number of games used to calculate the displayed percentage must also be clear to the bettor, along with the period considered for the calculation.

Odds

30. The probability of winning the largest advertised prize, which is based solely on randomness, must materialize at least once in one hundred million (100.000.000) plays, unless the graphic art clearly highlights the actual probabilities of that prize being won by the bettor. This does not apply to multiple prizes won together in the same game where the aggregate prize is not advertised.

31. The rule in the previous item applies to betting categories that allow you to win the highest advertised prize.

32. The same rule does not apply to games that allow the bettor to win the highest advertised prize multiple times through the use of an incentive prize, nor to incentive prizes themselves.

REQUIREMENTS FOR INCENTIVE AWARDS

Online games that offer incentive prizes.

33. Games that offer incentive prizes must meet the following requirements:

a) A game that offers incentive prizes other than those that occur randomly must display sufficient information to the bettor to indicate the current status regarding the triggering of the next incentive prize;

(b) If a game requires obtaining several achievements to activate an incentive reward, or to issue a prize, the number of achievements needed to trigger the functionality or the prize to which it is associated must be indicated, along with the number of points already acquired;

c) the game must make it clear to the bettor that they are in incentive prize mode;

(d) If a game offers an incentive prize that allows the bettor to retain one or more reels, cards, or symbols for a new round or draw, then the retained reels, cards, or symbols must be clearly identified, and the method for changing these retentions must be clearly explained to the bettor;

(e) If an incentive prize is triggered after a certain number or combination of events or symbols has been accumulated in different rounds of the same game, the probability of obtaining similar events or symbols should not be impaired as the incentive prize progresses, unless previously disclosed to the bettor; and

(f) If an incentive prize consists of multiple events or rounds, then a counter must be maintained and displayed to the bettor to indicate the number of rounds initially awarded and the number of rounds remaining or, alternatively, to indicate the number of rounds that have already been played.

Interaction or Choices of the Bettor During an Incentive Prize

34. Games that offer an incentive prize that requires interaction or a choice from the player must not automatically make choices or initiate the incentive prize unless the game meets one of the requirements listed below and explains the mechanism for automatic initiation or choice in the game's artwork:

a) The bettor must have the option to choose and must explicitly acknowledge, by pressing a button or other interaction, the intention for the game to automatically initiate the incentive prize; or

b) The incentive prize should provide the bettor with only one choice, such as pressing the button to spin the reel. In this case, the functionality may start automatically after a period of at least two minutes.

Extra Credits Won During an Incentive Prize

35. If an ongoing incentive prize requires additional credits to be wagered to continue, the bettor must have the option to choose to participate. If all winnings from the ongoing game are accumulated in a temporary winnings counter, instead of being sent directly to the credits counter or to the bettor's graphic account balance, the game must:

a) to provide a means by which winnings held in the temporary counter can be wagered, to allow a bettor who does not have a sufficient amount of available credits to complete the functionality, or to allow the bettor to add credits to the credit counter or to their account balance; and

b) Transfer all credits from the temporary counter to the bettor's credit counter or graphical account balance after the functionality is completed.

Community Incentives

36. Online games cannot offer community incentive prizes, defined as those in which bettors contribute to or compete for a shared prize.

Double Bet or Similar Features

37. The following requirements must be applied to games that offer any functionality where the bettor can double and/or wager their credits. These games may use alternative terminology, such as "Double," "Triple," or similar terms, to describe this feature, observing the following:

a) All instructions regarding the incentive play must be displayed in the game's artwork and be accessible to the bettor without compromising the incentive play;

b) the feature should only be activated after a winning play has been completed;

c) the bettor must have the option to use the feature or not;

d) the option of doubling or tripling the bet, or similar, must result in a proportional theoretical increase in the bettor's winnings;

(e) The maximum number of bet doubling or tripling options, or similar options, that can be offered to the bettor, or the prize limit for which these options can be used, must be clearly disclosed to the bettor;

f) only credits earned in the main game should be available for the bettor to double or triple the bet, or similar feature, and it is not permitted to use any funds from the credits counter or the bettor's graphic account balance for this purpose;

(g) when the feature to double or triple the bet, or similar, is automatically interrupted before reaching the maximum number of rounds available, the reason must be clearly indicated to the bettor;

h) all game conditions under which the option to double or triple a bet, or similar, is not available, must be stated;

i) if the feature to double or triple the bet, or similar, offers a multiplier option, it must be clear to the bettor what the range of options and payouts is; and

j) If the bettor selects a multiplier during the doubling or tripling the bet feature, or similar, it must be clearly indicated on the screen which multiplier was selected.

Mystery Awards Features

38. Offering mystery prizes is not permitted; mystery prizes are defined as prizes paid out by a game that are not associated with a specific combination of the paytable.

ALTERNATIVE MODES OF ONLINE GAMING

Demo Mode

39. Demo mode allows a bettor to participate in a game without placing a bet. If the game supports this mode, the following requirements apply:

a) The demo mode must accurately represent the normal functioning of a paid game. Games with this mode enabled must not mislead the bettor about the probability of winning any prizes available in the paid version of the game;

b) It must be clearly displayed on the screen that the bettor is in demo mode for the entire duration of their free play;

c) Free spins must not increase the credit counter or the balance of the bettor's graphical account; specific counters for this mode are permitted, provided they are clearly named as such;

d) Free spins must be terminated whenever the bettor chooses to exit demo mode or when the free spins round is completed;

(e) When the free play ends, the game should return to its previous state;

f) Paid plays that can be played with credits received from an incentive prize should not be considered as free plays in demo mode; and

g) The demo mode should only be accessible to users registered with the betting operator.

Auto Mode

40. The automatic play mode allows a game to place bets automatically without player interaction, once game attributes such as bet amount have been previously selected by the player. If the game supports an automatic play mode, the following rules must be observed:

a) The automatic game mode must be safely controlled by means of a function that enables or disables the feature;

b) the automatic game mode must allow the bettor to choose an individual bet from the game, the number of bets to be made and the total amount to be wagered, and:

i. all limits set by the bettor must remain in effect during automatic mode;

ii. the game must display the number of remaining automatic bets or the number already placed, based on the limit set by the bettor; and

iii. Automatic mode will end automatically and return to manual play when the limits set by the bettor are reached;

c) the automatic mode must offer the bettor the option to end this mode whenever a play is finished, regardless of how many bets were initially chosen or how many remain; and

d) If the automatic mode allows changes to the settings by the bettor, these settings must revert to the default mode when the game returns to manual mode.

OF ONLINE PERSISTENCE GAMES

41. A persistence game is associated with a unique attribute, such as the bettor's identifier, and allows the bettor to accumulate resources, such as experience points, which can be used by the bettor to access new certified game themes, higher payout multipliers, or access to more advantageous free spins.

42. The persistence game must recognize a unique attribute that identifies the resources acquired and the level achieved by the player in previous rounds when they access the game later, presenting on its help screen a clear description of this function and the requirements needed to accumulate game resources, as well as how the player can redeem them in future plays.

Play the game online from a Saved Point.

43. Replaying from a saved point is a feature used in some persistence games where complexity increases or additional elements are added to the game as it progresses, allowing the player to save the game at critical points. The player can resume the game from that point at a later date and continue to the next objective, using the resources in new bets, observing the following:

a) Prizes won for reaching a save point must be clearly defined and displayed to the bettor before they place any new bets, and if a random prize can be won, the details and all possible payouts must be displayed to the bettor;

b) the game must provide an appropriate notification to the bettor whenever a save point is reached;

(c) If the rules or prizes of the game change as different levels are reached during the game from the saved point, these changes must be clearly displayed to the bettor and must be shown in the paytable; and

(d) If the saved game state is not maintained indefinitely, the game must indicate to the bettor any limitation or expiration date of the saved data that is stored for use in subsequent bets.

OF PROGRESSIVE AND INCREMENTAL ACCUMULATED REWARDS

44. This section applies to accumulated prizes that are incremented based on plays as follows:

a) Progressive jackpots are increased according to the credits wagered in the game; and

b) Incremental accumulated prizes behave identically to progressive prizes, except that they are increased based on the occurrence of one or more events defined in the game rules, and may also be increased based on the credits wagered by the bettor.

Accumulated Prize Screen

45. The accumulated prize screen will be used to display the current accumulated prize amount or the amount to be paid, with the respective multipliers, for all bettors who are individually playing a game that may trigger this prize, subject to the following requirements:

a) As each play is completed, the current value of each accumulated prize must be updated on the respective screen, at least every thirty seconds from the event that generates an increment, to reflect the actual value of the prize to be paid, and the use of digital odometers and other similar forms of updating is permitted;

b) when the accumulated prize screen can only display a limited number of digits, a maximum prize limit or ceiling must be required, observing this digit limit; and

c) The values must be displayed, with their respective multiplier, with the greatest possible accuracy within the limitations of communication delays and latencies.

Maximum Limits for Accumulated Prize Values – Ceiling

46. Once the maximum prize limit, or ceiling, defined for a jackpot is reached, it must remain at that value until it is awarded to a bettor, subject to the following:

a) all additional contributions must be credited to a reserve or diversion fund; and

b) The ceiling value and the corresponding multiplier shown in the graphic must be accurate.

Linked Probabilities

47. For accumulated prizes linked to multiple games, unless previously presented to the bettor, the probability of winning the accumulated prize should be proportional to the amount wagered by the bettor on a specific game.

Misappropriation of Accumulated Prize

48. In cases where a portion of the contributions to the accumulated prize is transferred to another fund to be used as defined in the accumulated prize architecture, and may be added to the initial value of the next prize or used to pay concurrent winnings, the following requirements must be observed:

a) the logic for transferring the accumulated prize money implemented should not have an infinite mathematical expectation;

(b) the transfer funds must allow for the accounting of contributions already transferred after reaching the established upper limit; and

(c) When a transfer fund is used to finance the reset value of an accumulated prize, the reset value must assume an empty transfer fund for the purposes of RTP calculations.

Accumulated Prize Earnings

49. Jackpot prizes may be paid out based on obtaining winning combinations or symbols, or by other criteria defined in the game rules. When a jackpot prize is triggered, the following requirements must be observed:

a) The winning bettor must be notified of the accumulated prize, and payment must be made at the end of the game in which the prize was won;

b) contributions to increase the accumulated prize cannot be lost and prize payments must not be rounded down or truncated, unless they are transferred to the initial value for prize restart;

c) When the accumulated prize is paid out, the amount may be added to the bettor's credit account if:

i. the credit counter is maintained in the format of value in Reais;

ii. the payment of the accumulated prize is increased by whole credit amounts; or

iii. the accumulated prize payment is correctly converted into credits when transferred to the credits counter, in a way that does not confuse the bettor; and

d) The accumulated prize should be updated to the initial value and normal operations should continue.

50. A jackpot may be disabled or terminated after being paid out if the game is set to automatically disable it or to set a non-incrementing jackpot in its place.

Interleaving the Accumulated Prize Levels

51. In cases where accumulated prizes offer multiple prize value levels, when a single winning combination can be associated with more than one of the combinations available in the paytable, unless explicitly defined otherwise in the game rules, the bettor should always receive the highest possible value based on all combinations to which the result is associated.

Prizes Accumulated from Mystery Events

52. Accumulated prizes triggered by mysterious events using hidden triggers not clearly defined in the game's paytable cannot be offered.

Accumulated Prizes Paid to Multiple Bettors

53. The online gaming platform must be designed to accurately identify and record the order of payment of the accumulated prize when multiple bettors win the prize almost simultaneously. The total prize amount displayed must be awarded to the bettor who first completed the combination that triggers the accumulated prize. When it is possible for multiple bettors to win at the same time, the total prize amount must be awarded to each winning bettor, without the possibility of splitting the prize.
