Brazilian lottery regulates new game for bettors in Minas Gerais: TotoLot.
The Minas Gerais Lottery regulates the new TotoLot game for bettors from all corners of the State. The player's objective when participating in TotoLot is to correctly guess all 15 numbers in their game area and win the prize in the “Super Toto” category. The new feature, which is already in effect, had its regulation published in the State Official Gazette, this Monday (30).
To participate, the player buys a ticket at the point of sale where the numbers are randomly generated and printed, by the terminal, in column order on their ticket. Therefore, there is no betting slip required by the user. A ticket consists of at least one "area" of play. Each area of play contains 15 numbers. The player can make up to 4 bets on the same ticket.
During the draw, the player can match line(s) and/or cross(es) with the corresponding numbers and win prizes in lower categories. When purchasing the ticket, the player will choose the number of bets they want to play and the number of draws they want to participate in. The player can participate in up to 30 consecutive draws.
According to the general rules, if there is more than one winner per category, the prize will be divided equally among the winners. In the case of a winner in the Super Totó category, they will also receive the prize for the Totó category. If a bettor wins in more than one category on the same TotoLot ticket, they will receive all the prizes they won in that draw.
The ticket
The player chooses 2 (two) game areas, participating in only one draw. The cost per chosen game area is R$ 2,00. Example: R$ 2,00 (cost per game area) x 2 (number of game areas) x 1 (number of draws) = R$ 4,00.
TotoLot draws take place Monday through Saturday, every 10 minutes, between 16 PM and 22 PM. Sales are authorized throughout the sales period, from 8 AM to 2 AM, at terminals installed at authorized Intralot retailers.
Awards
There are four prize categories for TotoLot: Super Totó, Totó, Linha, and Cruz.
In the Super Totó category, to win the prize, the player must correctly guess all 15 numbers in their playing area by the time the 35th ball is drawn. The minimum prize for this category is 50.000 reais. If there is no winner in the Super Totó category, part of the prize money accumulates for the next draw.
In the Totó category, you must correctly guess all 15 numbers in the playing area before the 60th ball is drawn. The minimum prize for this category is R$ 100. If there is no winner in the Totó category before the 60th ball is drawn, part of the prize money accumulates for the next draw. Note: If there is a winner in the Super Totó or Totó categories, the draw ends.
In the Cross category, the player must correctly guess all the numbers in the second row and third column, forming a cross to win the Cross category prize. The minimum prize for this category is R$ 40. Players who form the Cross after there has been a winner in this category will not receive a prize. If there is no winner in the Cross category by the time the 60th ball is drawn, part of the prize money accumulates for the next draw in the same category.
