This Tuesday (7) dozens of lottery managers from all states of the country were at the Chamber of Deputies visiting the members of the Constitution and Justice Committee – CCJ to seek support from parliamentarians for the approval of the Proposed Amendment to the Constitution – PEC 142/2015, which adds article 101 to the Act of Transitory Constitutional Provisions, to regulate the permissions for public services for an indefinite period, prior to the Federal Constitution of 1988.

The proposed constitutional amendment will guarantee legal security for the more than 13 lottery operators, who generate over 70 jobs.

The proposal, authored by Representative Fausto Pinato (PP-SP), which already has a favorable opinion from Representative Darci de Matos (PSD-SC) in the CCJ (Committee on Constitution and Justice), was on the committee's agenda, but was removed due to requests submitted by Representative Fernanda Melchionna and Representatives Gilson Marques and Gervásio Maia.
