Lottopar publishes a call for bids for the operation of Fixed-Odds Betting (AQF).

The Paraná State Lottery (Lottopar) informs that the accreditation notice for granting the concession dedicated to operating the Fixed Odds Betting lottery modality (AQF) in the Paraná territory was published this Monday (08) in the State Official Gazette (DIOE) . The public notice establishes the accreditation process for qualified legal entities interested in operating this type of gambling through a public service concession. The newly contracted entities must adhere to guidelines mandating operation exclusively within the state of Paraná, in addition to complying with regulations establishing preventative measures against money laundering and promoting responsible gambling.

The completion of this technical stage allows the Special Accreditation Committee to proceed with the schedule, enabling new applicants or companies interested in operating in Paraná to submit their legal, fiscal, social, labor, economic-financial, and technical qualification documentation during the new analysis window. In parallel, Lottopar is closely monitoring developments in federal initiatives, including authorizations and provisional measures that may alter the tax landscape for fixed-odds betting companies throughout the country.
