SPA/MF conducts consultation and public hearing for the development of the Regulatory Agenda for the 2025/2026 biennium.
The Prizes and Betting Secretariat of the Ministry of Finance published in the Official Gazette of the Union – DOU this Monday (10) a notice of consultation and public hearing for the preparation of the Regulatory Agenda of the Prizes and Betting Secretariat of the Ministry of Finance for the biennium 2025/2026.
The public consultation will last 45 days, starting this Monday (10) until March 27, 2025, and any individual or legal entity may participate through the Participa + Brasil Portal, accessible via the link . After the consultation period ends, the submissions received will be analyzed by SPA/MF.
The notice also informs about the convocation of a public hearing, which will be held on February 21st, from 14 PM to 16 PM, exclusively online, regarding the Regulatory Agenda of the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting for the 2025/2026 biennium. Participation in the public hearing will be through registration via a link that will be made available on the official website of the Ministry of Finance.

PUBLIC CONSULTATION NOTICE SPA/MF No. 1/2025 AND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE SPA/MF No. 1/2025
The Secretary of Prizes and Betting of the Ministry of Finance, in the exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Article 55, item I, of Annex I of Decree No. 11.907, of January 30, 2024, and considering the provisions of Law No. 13.756, of December 12, 2018, Law No. 14.790, of December 29, 2023, and Article 29 of Decree No. 12.002, of April 22, 2024, hereby announces:
Article 1. A public consultation is hereby opened regarding the preparation of the Regulatory Agenda of the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting of the Ministry of Finance for the biennium 2025/2026.
§ 1 The public consultation referred to in the heading will last forty-five days, beginning on February 10, 2025 and ending on March 27, 2025.
§ 2 Any individual or legal entity may participate in the public consultation referred to in the heading through the Participa + Brasil Portal, accessible via the link https://www.gov.br/participamaisbrasil/spamf-consultapublica-agendaregulatoriabianual.
Article 2. Once the period referred to in paragraph 1 of article 1 has ended, the submissions received will be analyzed by the Prizes and Betting Secretariat/MF, in the manner established in the sole paragraph of article 31 of Decree No. 12.002, of April 22, 2024.
Article 3. A public hearing is hereby convened, to be held exclusively in a virtual environment, regarding the Regulatory Agenda of the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting for the biennium 2025/2026.
§ 1 The public hearing referred to in the heading will take place on February 21, 2025, from 14:00 PM to 16:00 PM.
§ 2 The participation in the public hearing referred to in the heading will be by registration via the link to be made available on the official website of the Ministry of Finance.
