The Pernambuco state government has extended the deadline for submitting lottery modeling studies by 15 days.
The Special Evaluation and Selection Committee of the Executive Secretariat for Partnerships and Strategies of the Planning and Management Secretariat (Seplag) of Pernambuco published this Thursday (2) a notice informing that, following a request and questioning from four companies accredited to develop the modeling studies for the Pernambuco lottery, it decided to extend the deadline to October 1st. The initial deadline was until September 15th.
In total, nine companies and individuals are authorized to present projects, surveys, investigations, and technical, economic-financial, and legal studies, with the purpose of assisting the Public Administration in structuring contracts or partnerships with the private sector for the implementation and operation of lotteries and games within the State of Pernambuco.
The following companies are authorized to participate in the Expression of Interest Procedure: ADF Editora, Consultoria, Assessoria e Tecnologia em Educação ; AM & FPA Comercio de Equipamentos e Programas de Computador ; Amilton Ricardo Almeida Noble ; Consórcio Pelotto , led by Santa Casa Global Brasil Participações ; Intralot do Brasil Comercio de Equipamentos e Programas de Computador ; NGT Brasil Tecnologia Ltda ; Paschoal Intermediação de Negócios Ltda ; Sistema Lotérico de Pernambuco and Social Solutions Tecnologia.

The SPECIAL EVALUATION COMMISSION, designated by Act No. 2466, published in the Official Gazette of 02/07/2021, DECIDES , through a Procedure for Expression of Interest for conducting modeling studies in order to assist the Public Administration in structuring a contract or partnership with the private sector, for the purpose of implementing and operating lotteries and games at the state level, upon request and/or questioning by four (4) accredited companies to develop said modeling in a meeting held on August 26, 2021, TO EXTEND THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION of projects, surveys, investigations and technical studies by 15 (fifteen) days, counted from the initially established delivery date, in accordance with item 5.2 of the Terms of Reference and State Decree No. 43.000/2016.
Therefore, a new delivery date is established, under the same conditions previously stipulated in the tender and terms of reference, on October 01, 2021.
