Lotofácil da Independência has its deadline extended and the draw changed.
Caixa Loterias extends betting for the R$ 300 million contest until Tuesday (September 15th) at 6 PM; the draw takes place at 9 PM on the same day, allowing more time for bettors to place their bets.

Caixa Loterias has extended the betting period for Lotofácil da Independência 2026, contest number 3.780, which distributes an estimated prize of R$ 300 million. Bettors now have until 6 pm this Tuesday (September 15th) to register their bets, one day longer than the original deadline.

The contest schedule has been completely readjusted with the change. The draw, previously scheduled for 11 am on Tuesday (September 15th), will now take place at 9 pm on the same day, with live broadcast on the official CAIXA Lotteries channels. CAIXA Group Betting shares, in turn, will be available until 8 pm on Tuesday (September 15th), exclusively through the CAIXA Lotteries app and website.

The original deadline and what has changed.

According to the initial schedule, betting would close at 8 pm this Monday (September 14th), with the sale of group bet shares ending at 10 am on Tuesday (September 15th). The extension of the deadline was justified by the objective of giving bettors more time to participate in the special contest.

How to participate

The Lotofácil da Independência allows bettors to choose between 15 and 20 numbers from the 25 available on the betting slip. A simple bet costs R$ 3,50.

The special draw follows different rules than the regular draws; the prize does not accumulate. If no bettor matches all 15 numbers in the main prize category, the R$ 300 million prize will be divided among those who matched all 15 numbers in the next highest category, according to the rules of the draw.
