Lottopar participates in the 1st meeting of the Sinapo Forum of the Ministry of Finance.

The CEO of the Paraná State Lottery (Lottopar), Daniel Romanowski, and the chief of staff, Pablo Wosniacki, participated this Wednesday (13) in the Sinapo Forum, the 1st Ordinary Meeting of the National Betting System (Sinapo), promoted by the Prizes and Betting Secretariat (SPA) of the Ministry of Finance, in Brasília. The meeting brought together representatives of federative entities and supervisory bodies to discuss strengthening the supervision, integrity and security of the betting market in Brazil.
With the goal of being a forum composed of states that operate or intend to operate lotteries in Brazil, Sinapo assists in establishing criteria for the practice of this activity. The program addressed strategic themes for the sector, such as operator authorization, monitoring and oversight, prevention of money laundering, sports integrity, responsible gaming, and institutional cooperation between the states and the Federal Government. Regulatory guidelines and the next steps for the national forum were also discussed.
During the meeting, Lottopar presented Paraná's experience in building a safe, transparent environment aligned with international best practices. The state is nationally recognized for its pioneering actions in responsible gaming, money laundering prevention, and operator and system certification.
Lottopar's participation in Sinapo reinforces Paraná's leading role in the national debate on the betting market and the institution's commitment to the integrity of the sector, the protection of bettors, and the fight against illegal practices.
The meeting also provided an opportunity for states to share experiences, ongoing initiatives, and oversight models, strengthening integration among the agencies involved and promoting the alignment of public policies aimed at the betting sector in Brazil. ( Lottopar )
