The finalists for the first pitch at SBC Summit Americas have been revealed.
SBC has revealed the five startups that have secured a spot in the final of the SBC First Pitch competition , which will take place at the next SBC Summit Americas in May.
The competition will be part of the “Leaders” conference this Thursday (15), from 12:30 pm to 13:30 pm, at the Broward County Convention Center, in Fort Lauderdale.
The five finalists will each have to present their product and business plan through a 3-minute presentation, followed by a question and answer session, before a live audience and a distinguished panel of industry and investment experts.
The five finalists are:
⇒ Sidebetz : Creators of the first dynamic odds engine for live poker, Sidebetz provides viewers of live poker streams with betting odds for each hand.
⇒ Wager Games : A provider of short-form video content and technology, the Wager Games platform allows viewers to watch videos from content creators and replicate their bets with just one click.
⇒ PromptBet.ai : An AI-driven SaaS platform provider that empowers sports betting and iGaming operators by providing users with intelligent search capabilities (voice + text).
⇒ Gamewagrs : A leading platform provider that allows players to place bets and create parlays based on their own in-game performance in their favorite video games.
⇒ Staked AI : a B2B audio platform powered by AI for the sports industry that enables sports marketers to create emotionally intelligent, podcast-style audio content 100 times faster and more cost-effectively.
To determine this year's winner, SBC assembled a distinguished panel of judges, each with extensive experience in sports betting, gambling, and venture capital investments.
The panel of renowned experts includes names such as Paris Smith (founder of Life Winning/Defy The Odds), David Fica (CEO/founder of Land Vegas), Scott Secord (partner at Cardinal Sports Capital), Kimberley Nixon (managing partner at Open Venture Capital), and Quinton Singleton (founder of Zero Labs). Jesse Learmonth, host of The Betting Startups Podcast, will return once again to host this year's competition.

The winning startup will receive a prize package valued at over US$110.000 to support its development and expansion, including:

⇒ Square in the Air: a $5.000 package for winners, including an on-site video, social media promotion, a free audit with competitor analysis, and a strategic guide to boost your profile.

Last year , 916 Gaming, a company that creates innovative and interactive online casino games for operators worldwide, was crowned a winner.
All SBC Summit attendees will have the opportunity to participate in the SBC First Pitch competency.
