Mega-Sena lottery draw dates changed and prize reaches R$ 46 million.
The Caixa Econômica Federal has changed the dates of the next two Mega-Sena draws. Draws 3.081 and 3.082 have been moved from the usual schedule due to the All Souls' Day holiday, celebrated on Monday (November 2nd).
According to Globo Online, the holiday did not coincide with a lottery draw day, but it still led the institution to reorganize the regular lottery schedule for the week.
Lottery draw 3.081, with an estimated accumulated prize of R$ 46 million, will take place on Wednesday (November 4th), and not on Tuesday (November 3rd), as would be the standard schedule. Lottery draw 3.082 is scheduled for Friday (November 6th), instead of Thursday (November 5th).
The draws take place at 21 PM at Espaço da Sorte in São Paulo. Caixa broadcasts the draws live on the institution's social media channels. Bets can be placed until 20 PM on the day of each draw at authorized lottery retailers, through the website, or via the app.
How to place bets
The minimum value for a simple bet in Mega-Sena, with six numbers selected, is R$ 6,00. In addition to the main prize, the bettor can win smaller prizes by matching four or five numbers.
For those who prefer to bet as a group, the Caixa Group Bet has a minimum value of R$ 18,00, with shares starting at R$ 6,00 each. Registration can be done directly on the betting slip or with the lottery attendant.
