Aviator Studio has secured another significant legal victory in Brazil, as courts in São Paulo rejected injunction requests filed by Spribe in proceedings directly involving Aviator Studio.

Importantly, the latest rulings concern the direct legal dispute between Aviator Studio and Spribe itself, separate from the previously reported proceedings involving Foggo Entertainment and Betnacional.

The newly confirmed decisions stem from broader legal action initiated by Spribe in São Paulo against multiple parties connected to the AVIATOR brand, including Aviator Studio, Betnacional, and Foggo Entertainment. While Aviator Studio had already publicly confirmed consecutive victories related to Foggo Entertainment, it has now emerged that the courts also ruled in favor of Aviator Studio itself across both judicial instances.

In both instances, the São Paulo courts refused to grant the urgent measures requested by Spribe, allowing Aviator Studio and its partners to continue operating while the broader AVIATOR trademark dispute proceeds through the evidentiary phase.

The latest rulings add to a growing series of courtroom setbacks for Spribe in Brazil and further reinforce Aviator Studio’s position across the connected proceedings tied to the AVIATOR dispute.
