Comtrade Gaming has European excellence adapted for Brazil

Comtrade Gaming participated in BiS SiGMA South America 2026 held in São Paulo. The independent iGaming software provider advanced commercial negotiations in the Brazilian market during the event. The company is expected to begin operations with a top-tier Brazilian operator in May.
The trade show brought together approximately 20,000 participants. Comtrade Gaming presented its technological solutions to the Brazilian public.
The company operates in the provision of open gaming platforms and professional services for the online and land-based gaming sectors. The company develops technological solutions intended for operators, suppliers, and regulators in the iGaming market.
During the event, Comtrade Gaming exhibited iCore. The platform features modular architecture developed to assist operators in optimising operations and enhancing player engagement. The system allows rapid adaptation to market demands. It offers agile support and operational responsiveness.
The company recently obtained certification to distribute its CG Games content in Brazilian territory. The initial launch plan foresees partnerships with top-tier operators. The projection indicates the start of operations by the end of the second quarter of 2026.
Steven Valentine, Commercial Director of Comtrade Gaming, evaluated the company’s participation in the event: “Exhibiting at the BiS SiGMA 2026 gaming fair in Brazil for the second consecutive year was another important milestone for us. The growth and energy of the Brazilian market continue to impress, and it is evident that this is becoming one of the most dynamic and competitive regions in the world. Returning for the second consecutive year allowed us to further boost our brand and expand our network of contacts. We also managed to advance commercial negotiations and develop opportunities with both new and established operators.”
Strategy for regulated market
The iCore platform and the CG Games portfolio were developed to meet the specific needs of Brazilian operators. The market is advancing towards a more regulated phase.
Operators face three immediate pressures with market regulation: compliance, new competition, and increased player acquisition costs. The CG Games portfolio provides certified and performance-focused content. Integration is possible both with Comtrade Gaming’s own platform and with third-party systems.
The company’s expectation is that Brazilian operators will begin to compete based on operational excellence. Valentine highlighted the company’s positioning in the Brazilian market: “As a company, we take pride in bringing European engineering excellence to Brazil, providing our robust and high-performance iGaming platform to Brazilian operators and supporting their long-term growth. Our focus is not only on technology, but also on reliability, flexibility, and innovation, tailored to the needs of the local market.”
The executive reported on the growth of the company’s project portfolio: “We are increasingly feeling the impact of this approach, with several renowned operators now in our project portfolio. This reinforces our conviction that we are successfully consolidating our long-term commitment to the Latin American market.”

Tools included at no additional cost
The Commercial Director addressed the company’s pricing strategy: “It is important to highlight that, in a highly price-sensitive market, we are committed to adding real value. By including advanced CRM and gamification tools in our platform, at no additional cost, we enable operators to drive engagement and loyalty without increasing their operational costs, helping them compete more effectively from day one.”
Valentine reported on expansion plans: “Furthermore, our CG Games portfolio is gaining strong traction, with operators recognising the value of high-quality, performance-focused content. We are actively pursuing new partnerships in the region and expect to enter operation with a confirmed top-tier operator in May, marking an important milestone in our expansion in Brazil.”
